By making a reservation and/or attending Camp NCN you agree to abide by the following for the duration of your stay.
PAYMENTS AND RESERVATIONS

- No credit/debit cards or personal checks accepted at the gate – cash only.
- Any check payments must be pre-authorized by camp staff and be received at least 30 days prior to your check-in.
- Unpaid balances must be settled at least one week prior to check-in, or paid in cash at the gate.
- All attendees must provide a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in and sign the terms and rules upon arrival.
SMOKE-FREE CAMPGROUND

- All public areas are smoke-free: no cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana.
- Smoking permitted only inside your personal vehicle, RV, or tent.
- Smoking in a cabin will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
- Violations in public areas result in immediate removal without refund.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICIES

- Controlled substances: possession, use, or transportation results in immediate ejection without refund and possible prosecution under local, state, and federal law.
- No means no. Any unwanted physical contact or failure to obtain clear consent will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban from the property and all NCN events.
- Glass containers are strictly prohibited. First offense: confiscation and warning. Second offense: removal without refund.
CAMPGROUND RULES

- Alcohol is permitted, please drink responsibly. Disruptive behavior may result in removal.
- Generators allowed in overflow/parking areas only.
- Campfires must stay in provided fire rings and must never be left unattended.
- Outside firewood is prohibited per WI DNR regulations. Firewood is available for purchase and will be delivered to your site.
- Park in designated spaces only. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
- Pets must be leashed when walking, leashed at your site when outside. Pets are not permitted in cabins or any other buildings.
- Waste and grey water must be disposed of in designated areas only.
- Unauthorized photography and/or video is are not permitted. Drones are not permitted.
CANCELLATION POLICY

- More than 45 days prior to check-in date: 75% refund.
- 45 days or less prior to check-in date: Not eligible for refund
- Online booking fee is non-refundable
REFUNDS

- All refunds are subject to campground discretion
- No refunds will be issued for inclement weather, early departures, removal due to policy violations, or no-shows.
- Refunds may be in the form of camp credit or return of funds based on the cancellation policy
LIABILITY
You agree to release NCN-North LLC, its officers, staff, and affiliated parties from any claims arising from your attendance. Camp NCN is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
