By making a reservation and/or attending Camp NCN you agree to abide by the following for the duration of your stay.
PAYMENTS AND RESERVATIONS

- No credit/debit cards or personal checks accepted at the gate – cash only.
- Unpaid balances must be settled at least one week prior to check-in, or paid in cash at the gate.
- All attendees must provide a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in and sign the terms and rules upon arrival.
SMOKE-FREE CAMPGROUND

- All public areas are smoke-free: no cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana.
- Smoking permitted only inside your personal vehicle, RV, or tent.
- Smoking in a cabin will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
- Violations in public areas result in immediate removal without refund.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICIES

- Controlled substances: possession, use, or transportation results in immediate ejection without refund and possible prosecution under local, state, and federal law.
- No means no. Any unwanted physical contact or failure to obtain clear consent will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban from the property and all Camp NCN events.
- Glass containers are strictly prohibited. First offense: confiscation and warning. Second offense: removal without refund.
- For the safety and privacy of all guests, no photography or video is allowed in camp.
CAMPGROUND RULES

- Alcohol is permitted, please drink responsibly. Disruptive behavior may result in removal.
- Generators allowed in overflow/parking areas only.
- Campfires must stay in provided fire rings and must never be left unattended.
- Outside firewood is prohibited unless certified per WI DNR regulations. Firewood is available for purchase and will be delivered to your site.
- Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.
- Pets must be leashed at all times when outside your camping unit. Pets are not permitted in cabins or any other buildings.
- Waste and grey water must be disposed of in designated areas only.
- Unauthorized photography and/or video is are not permitted. Drones are not permitted.
GOLF CART/UTV RULES

- Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license
- Speed limit is 10 mph
- Pedestrians always have the right of way
- All passengers must be seated (no standing or riding on laps)
- Headlights are required after dark
- Stay on designated roads and paths (no off-road driving)
- No operation under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Owners are responsible for any damage, injury, or theft
- Violations may result in loss of privileges, suspension, or eviction
- Must provide proof of insurance if requested by camp staff
CANCELLATION POLICY

- More than 45 days prior to check-in date: 75% refund.
- 44 days or less prior to check-in date: Not eligible for refund
- Online booking fee is non-refundable
REFUNDS

- All refunds are subject to camp staff discretion
- No refunds will be issued for inclement weather, early departures, removal due to policy violations, or no-shows.
- Refunds may be in the form of camp credit or return of funds based on the cancellation policy
LIABILITY
You agree to release NCN-North LLC, its officers, staff, and affiliated parties from any claims arising from your attendance. Camp NCN is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
